Just 11 vans joined us for another weekend at Wild Heart Hill – slightly different from our last Meet here, where we were fully booked – everyone’ saving themselves for Lancing!  However, we had another lovely weekend where the rain only fell during the night and early morning enabling us to sit out and chat, laugh and shop for our outfits for the Proms night at Lancing.

We had a visit from good friends Gillian & Ian who will be celebrating their Diamond Anniversary very soon.  AND of course, we can’t leave little Ralph out, what a good little boy he was.

Thursday evening some of us sat and enjoyed a wonderful curry which was delivered from a local curry house.  We hope that they will be available to deliver to Lancing too.

It’s become quite a ‘thing’ now that at around 3pm each afternoon we all meet around someone’s van for tea and cake – everyone is welcome, but be prepared for much laughter and remember to eat!

p.s. for those of you who have been to Wild Heart Hill before you’ll know that it is quite a hill. Our motorhome was perched at the highest bit on the levels, which was fine. However, it did make the step up really high. So, Pat aka Fred Flintstone and Del aka Barney Rubble hacked together a step for me. Of course, it couldn’t go without photos and a mention!
