The weather was certainly ‘interesting’ this weekend!   At times we thought we’d need the super powers of Camp-Man to bail us out.   Torrential rain, gusty winds, thunder, lightening we had it all.  However, despite all this 20 units came along to make it a really great weekend again.  

Sussex Farm is just 5 minutes walk from The Partridge PH, and another couple to the local village shops which includes a superb butcher and baker – if you want candlesticks you’ll have to try the Co-Op!

Sussex Farm is very quiet, well kept and a big hit with everyone that came along this weekend.   Entrance to the Farm is along a Public Footpath, which is more than wide enough for a caravan or motorhome.  The site is surrounded by fields, has two water points and of course, an Elsan point.

We had a meal at The Partridge, which was good and tasty, but not ‘fine dining’, the chef informed us that the produce was all bought locally.

Our Stewards for the weekend were the wonderfully reliable Tim & Caroline who once again did an absolutely sterling job!  A huge thanks to them from us all.
